The early bird rate is $595 until March 31st. The full conference rate of $695 starts on April 1st. Your conference registration includes access to all general sessions, meals, and receptions. We don’t offer a family pass, but we do have a guest pass available. The guest pass is $395 and includes meals (specifically, dinner on Tuesday and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday). We’re not offering individual reception passes this year, so please get your guest pass ahead of time!
Please bring your family! We want you to enjoy Keystone, Colorado just as much as we do. There are plenty of things for kids AND adults to do, so why not stay for the long weekend? Here’s a guide to the Keystone Resort that should give you some good ideas for recreating and relaxing.
Keystone Science School will provide an engaging, interactive, hands-on experience for children of InstructureCon attendees. The program will be offered with a minimum of eight participants signed up by July 1, 2017. If fewer than eight participants register, KSS will request to transfer their enrollment into our typical summer day camp.
Each day will consist of engaging outdoor activities where participants will learn about the environment within the surrounding area of Keystone, Colorado.
Day 1: Through the lens of science, students will explore the difference between "Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle." *Field Trip: Gondola ride and recycling hike.
Day 2: Using technology and computer science, students will explore the process of developing an idea for an environmentally friendly company or product. *Field Trip: Day hike.
Day 3: Students will use the engineering design process to develop, test, and revise solutions to a variety of environmental challenges. *Field Trip: Lakeside Adventure Center (water activities).
Day 4: Students will create their own works of art out of recycled or reusable materials and show their work. *Field Trip: Horseback riding.
Day 5: On the last day, students will crunch numbers, chart data, and measure different levels of energy consumption through math and evaluate their impact on the environment. *Field Trip: Stream/water survey (hike to the Snake River).

We’ve negotiated the best rates with CME transportation for shared rides to and from the airport. Use this link to reserve your spot. Each van is equipped with wifi and comfy seating. The ride is about an hour and forty minutes long, and it will go by in no time with the beautiful scenery and great company!
Keystone has a free shuttle system for anyone staying in resort lodging. Shuttles will be at designated stops every 15 minutes. If you need assistance, please call the Keystone shuttle service at 970-496-4200.
There are multiple options for rooms this year. Keystone has many multi-bedroom units available, as well as studio and one-bedroom units. If you have any trouble finding a room, please call reservations at 855-441-2177 and they’ll be able to help.
Keystone has made it very easy to use the sharing concept and save money on lodging. Just follow these steps: Pick a village and housing unit (2–4 bedroom). Fill out the form for all people staying in the condo who will need to split the bill. Submit the form, and Keystone will take care of the rest. If you have any questions please call reservations at 855-441-2177 and they’ll be happy to help.
Due to the limited seats available for pre-conference workshops, refunds will not be issued. Name replacements will be accommodated until June 12, 2017. After that date, no name changes will be allowed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows after June 12, 2017. Full conference cancellation requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Attendees will be required to settle all outstanding balances before the event begins. Checks can be made payable to Instructure, Inc. and sent to our headquarters (address below).
